FACT: In 2006 Rick Deluca of Rick Deluca Seminars allowed Elizabeth 15 minutes to speak in front of 200+ Owners at a Sales Rally in San Francisco, CA.
FACT: In 2006 Elizabeth hired a full time salaried assistant and she and her husband and sometimes even kids began doing Rally events and Seminars across the USA.
FACT: In 2006 while speaking, Elizabeth still maintained being the #1 top agent out of 400+- for Listing Sold, Buyer Controlled Sales and Gross Commission Income in the 8 office company she works for...
FACT: In 2006 she climbed the charts in the franchise and ranked 51 in the Nation for Listings Sold.
FACT: In 2007 Elizabeth hired a full time agent to work her real estate business to focus on being the best female speaker and trainer in the industry.
FACT: In 2007 she and her husband traveled all over the USA proudly presenting Seminars and Events to Boards and Independent Offices and Franchise Firms.
FACT: In 2007 Elizabeth closed her real estate year with 62 closed units and 9+ Million in Volume.
